I suppose so. I can only work instinctive when I'm inspired though--have a vision to begin with. I've been mulling over this image in my head for a long time, and knowing how I am, I can't just inspired myself into working on something for 30 hours when it's just for my own sake, so... if I'm ever to make art for myself... I need to figure out how to cut it down to one sitting and let my impulses guide me more than my brain... I beleive.
